# What if I have a problem installing the Pantone Connect Extension?

If you are unsuccessful with the above instructions, visit and download the Pantone Connect ZXP file from [here](https://pantone.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/pantone.zxp) and install the ZXP with Anastasiy's Extension Manager: [https://install.anastasiy.com/](https://install.anastasiy.com/)

After downloading Pantone Connect, you will need to close and restart your Adobe application. After restart, go to Window--Extensions--Pantone Connect to open the extension.
