Can I change the email address on my Pantone Connect account?

Changing the Email Address Associated With Your Pantone Connect Account

For security and privacy reasons, Pantone Connect accounts cannot be transferred from one email address to another. However, your Pantone Connect subscription can be transferred to a new account.

How to transfer your subscription

If you need to use a different email address:

  1. Create a new Pantone Connect account using your new email address.
  2. Contact Pantone Support and provide the new email address associated with your account.
  3. Our Support team can transfer your existing subscription from your current account to the new account.
  4. Once the transfer is complete, log in to Pantone Connect using your new account. Your subscription and associated license will then be available under the new account.
